Delivery conditions

Your order will be shipped freight free within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. You will receive an acknowledgment with your purchase order number when the order is submitted to the factory. You will receive a copy of the order number once your order has been received and entered into production. UPS will send a tracking number once they pick up the mattress from the factory in Tualatin, OR. UPS will require a signature upon delivery so please make sure that someone will be available to sign for the package at time of delivery.
